Traditionally the offering in a worship service is supposed to follow the sermon and Scripture reading and be our response to God's love to us. A tithe is traditionally 10% of your income, but that 10% is just a symbol of us acknowledging that all we have is God's. When we give back to God it includes so much more than our finances. We can give our time, our prayers, our talents, or our actions. 

And; whatever you do, please give out of joy and not guilt, It is with such grateful and thankful hearts do we give back to God.
